A new brand identity with a  capital A

A new, independent real estate investment and asset management company, Aldon Capital, started operations in 2023. We were tasked to create and implement their new brand identity throughout their physical and digital applications.

The identity is built, with each aspect of the design and its implementation having to communicate the highest quality and trust. This is achieved in action using carefully selected paper stock and finishing touches.

In 2023, a new independent real estate investment and asset management company, Aldon Capital, was launched by five senior real estate professionals: Maria Söderman, Risto Vuorenrinne, Nea Alsina, Vesa Klemettilä, and Stefan Söderholm. With over 100 years of combined experience and a team that covers all aspects of the real estate market, Aldon Capital is a local operating partner for international investors in the Finnish market.

 

To communicate their highest quality and trust, Aldon Capital’s brand identity was designed to be simple yet effective. The bespoke images created for the company emphasise the reality of the business and work as backdrops and containers for communication on digital surfaces. The identity uses a trusted blue colour palette that is recognisable in the investment industry, and the bespoke typeface creates a firm and credible feel for the identity.

 

The identity is flexible and can be used on traditional applications such as business cards, folders, and digital platforms. It is important to note that the same haptic feeling of the physical applications is transferred to the digital. Carefully selected paper stock and finishing touches were used to achieve this objective.

 

Overall, Aldon Capital’s brand identity represents its team’s experience, expertise, and credibility in the real estate market.
