As Kobra’s co-founder and head of design, Tuukka has extensive experience creating and delivering impactful brand design solutions for clients worldwide. He’s passionate about helping brands navigate transformation and evolving businesses with innovative design solutions.

James is Kobra’s Chairman of the Board and acting Creative Director at Moomin Characters Ltd. James is passionate about crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate deeply with audiences. With a keen eye for design and an instinct for storytelling, he thrives on bringing bold, innovative concepts to life.

As a Creative Project Coordinator at Kobra, Sofia ensures that all communication runs smoothly, resulting in exceptional project outcomes.

Monika studied manufacturing engineering at the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and graphic design at Coventry University. At Kobra, she has worked with brands such as Djusie, Liisa Pentti +Co, Suomen Lentopallo, Yin Your Skin, Mestaruusliiga and Suomen Moottoriliitto.

Always striving to develop her visual expression, she experiments with mixed media, typography and textures to create stunning design works.

Gabriel Boicel was raised in London and earned his BA from Chelsea College of Art (UAL). He has previously worked for many notable clients, including Slush, Huawei, Universal Music, Finnair and Kiasma. At Kobra, Gabriel primarily produces captivating 3D visuals and motion graphics that enhance the brand experience.

As a designer, Jaakko creates excellent, memorable and unified brand experiences. He sees each brand touchpoint as a unique application that is maximised to generate interest and serve a purpose, utilising all considerations in terms of design.

In his past work life, Jaakko has worked for the most critical Finnish international design brands, such as Fiskars, Iittala, Arabia and Marimekko. He’s also one of the co-founders of Helsinki Type Studio.

Raised in Kuohu, Jaakko got his BA in graphic design from Aalto University and his MA in IDBM Aalto University. Now, with over a decade of experience working in Asia – Japan, China, and Singapore, strategic business expertise and a can-do attitude. Jaakko helps to create spot-on growth strategies and make sure they get implemented. Hands-on, no hand-waving.
